Hi

I'm testing the CRM2Office Plugin with Sugar 6.3 I think.

The first mail merge using a target list worked instantly using only contacts details. Thanks so fa

But we usually send letters to Contact First & Last Name but to the Billing Address of the Account.

When I combine fields from account with fields of a contact in the same mail merge I get a memory problem reported by the soap interface:

Fatal Error Allowed memory size 320MB exhausted in .../soap/SoapHelperFunctions.php on line 284.

So not sure if your plugin is responsible for that but at least it limits it use. Did you hear about this behaviour before (we have about 7000 contacts in 3000 accounts but the target list I'm using is having only 2 contacts in it).

Hi pbel - Can you let us know what memory size is set in your php.ini or .htaccess file

As I didn't got any feed back but haven't found any other plug-in support to mix account and contact data I used the "extended studio" plugin to dynamically copy some account data into the contact module. Now I only need to use the contact fields which work fine on its own (at least with only a few records - will try with bigger sets as soon my license is working)

We are unable to reproduce this issue.

  • We create a Target List
  • Attach 200 contacts
  • Add Contacts last_name, Accounts Billing_Address_City
  • Merge

200 letters produced with the correct address of the Account.
